Shipping policy

This shipping policy outlines KUNGAWE’s shipping practices and procedures, including details regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and order processing. By placing an order through the “KUNGAWE” website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this shipping policy.

Order Processing

We commit to have all orders processed within ten (10) business days. Business days excludes weekends, public holidays, and explicit closed periods. Orders placed on weekends or holidays, or after 6pm (GMT + 2) will be processed the following business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping is free for all orders over R5000 in South Africa. Our shipping options and partners are:

1. South Africa

The Courier Guy - standard delivery of 1-3 business days from order fulfilment 

2. International*

UPS - express shipping within 5-7 business days from order fulfilment
UPS Ground - economy shipping within 10-20 business days from order fulfilment

*We do not handle any duties and taxes.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the boundaries covered by The Courier Guy four South Africa and UPS internationally. If you are located outside of these boundaries, please contact us at mongo.tywakadi@kungawe.com before placing your order to inquire about shipping options.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations or impose additional shipping charges for oversized or overweight items.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website or the KUNGAWE website.
