Can I customise the garment?
If you are between sizes, we can customise every garment for a better fit. We can also customise the length to adjust to your height. Contact us at info@kungawe.com for further information.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
We only currently ship in the Republic of South Africa.
When will I get my order?
We commit to fulfilling your order within 10 days.
When do pre-order items ship?
Pre-order items ship within 3 days of the pre-order period ending.
Can I return my order?
Definitely! As long as then Sales Acceptance tag is in tact, the return request is within 10 days of delivery, and other condition in the Return Policy are met, we will accept the return.
How do refunds work?
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 3 business days. Please allow for processing times between banking institutions for the refund to reflect.
